In addition to our standard filter element product catalog, Swift FIlters can custom manufacture wedge wire filters based on customer requirements. Our in-house CNC machining capabilities enable us to fabricate end caps, custom connections, specialty seals, and fittings to ensure a secure and leak-free installation.

SWIFTWEDGE® WEDGE WIRE FILTER ELEMENT ADVANTAGES
Stainless steel wedge wire screens are welded at each intersection of V-shaped surface wire and support rod, providing optimal structural strength.

The spaced narrow slot openings between the V-shaped surface wires result in very precision filtration. The larger solids accumulate on the solid surface to produce a cake that provides filtration for finer particulates.

This unique design also minimizes clogging, optimizing flow and reducing maintenance as particles that pass through the cake do not get stuck in the slots.
