Shipping policy

Returns are accepted if they arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of your delivery date and meet our return requirements.

Below are our three requirements items must meet to be refunded:
1. Items must be in their original condition.
2. Any defects need to be reported to us prior to the use of the item to avoid the warranty process.
3. The original manufacturer's packaging and materials must be returned in their original condition.

Once we have processed your return, your refund will then go back to the original form of payment that was used.
