We manufacture custom hydraulic filter elements specifically for unmanned aircraft, fabricated to specific requirements including: size, weight, pressure, and environment.
Our high-performance filter elements are designed to deliver increased filtration efficiency, extended service life, via lighter more compact filter designs—critical for military mobility and logistics.
Absolute-rated at 3–10 µm and tested to ISO 16889 β-ratio standards, our filter elements are used in dual/redundant hydraulic systems operating with MIL-PRF-83282 or MIL-H-5606 fluid including: depot-level replacements, test benches (servo and control actuator systems) and GSE carts as well.
OEM Replacement Filter Elements
Swift Filters filter elements are also ideal replacements for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) that are used in support systems for UAVs, including the General Atomics MQ-1 Predator and related unmanned aerial platforms.
In collaboration with MROs and defense subcontractors, Swift Filters has supplied replacement filter elements for:
- Aging or obsolete UAV support equipment filters
- Reverse-engineered filters for depot-level refurbishment programs
- Specialized filters for cleanroom or environmentally sensitive drone maintenance
